14-Day Refund Policy – Ethos Business Academy

decision. That’s why we offer a limited 14-day refund policy, subject to the terms outlined below.
By enrolling in the Ethos Business Academy, you agree to this refund policy in full.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase if:
● You have consumed 15% or less of the total course content (as defined by module or
lesson completion and video watch data), and
● You provide a reason for your request that demonstrates you engaged with the material
in good faith, but found it was not a good fit for your needs.
This policy applies to the core Ethos Business Academy program and not to any other products,
live events, bundles, or upgrades unless explicitly stated.
2. Access-Based Refund Conditions
Due to the digital nature of the Ethos Business Academy and the instant delivery of all course
materials, we enforce a strict content usage threshold.
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances if:
● You have accessed, completed, or streamed more than 15% of the course content
(including modules, lessons, or downloadable files), as tracked by our learning
management system (LMS).
● You have downloaded or accessed proprietary resources such as scripts, templates,
patient forms, or certification assessments.
● You have completed any part of the certification process (Trained, Certified, or
Established).
The 15% access threshold is enforced to protect the integrity of our intellectual property and
ensure that the refund policy is not misused for partial consumption of paid content.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
● Submit a written request via email to [email protected] within 14
days of your purchase date.
● Include your full name, the email used to register, date of purchase, and a brief
explanation of why the Academy is not a fit for you.

● Await confirmation from our team. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
If you meet the criteria outlined in this policy, we will process your refund via your original
payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business
days for funds to appear in your account.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
● Requests submitted after the 14-day window, regardless of access percentage
● Failure to review or access the content within the refund window (“I never logged in”
does not qualify as grounds for a refund)
● Change of mind, personal financial circumstances, or buyer’s remorse
● Access or use of the content beyond the 15% threshold
● Requests without an explanation or good-faith demonstration of effort
● Purchases made during promotional events where access to bonuses, downloads, or
other time-sensitive materials was granted immediately

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting
our support team may result in immediate termination of your access to the course, certification
status, and community privileges.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this policy and to provide evidence of
content access, user activity, and agreed-upon terms at the time of purchase.
